ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Please observe the following guidelines when making oral presentations for the meeting:

  • Each speaker has an allocated time of 15 minutes.
  • It is recommended that you prepare a 12 minute talk, allowing time for one or two questions.
  • Timekeepers will ensure that speakers stay within their allocated time.
  • Focus your presentation only on the main highlights of your research.
  • Due to the high number of speakers, time limits will be strictly adhered to.
  • Make sure that your presentation is compatible with Microsoft Office Powerpoint 2007.
  • Apple computers will not be supported.
  • Bring your presentation on a memory stick.
  • There is to be no photography, video or audio recording during oral presentations.

Make the most of this opportunity!

Good preparation is vital to ensure that you get your message across clearly in the time available.
